Enfusion is seeking an Electronic Trading Analyst to join the Centers of Excellence team to turn product innovations into vital client solutions. The backbone of Enfusion’s success, our analysts are dedicated to top-notch client service.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a critical point of contact with clients for their Order and Execution management inquiries including allocation methodology, order sizing and electronic trading workflows.
- Analyze and troubleshoot requests to provide first class real-time solutions.
- Liaise with multiple teams across the firm including Account Management, Product Management and Application Support to ensure client is receiving best in class service.
- Communicate with client counterparties and serve as an escalation point as needed.
- Create and perform training demos for both internal and external parties for OEMS topics and inquiries. Leverage and maintain internal documentation resources.
- Help to identify inefficiencies to improve internal or client related workflows.
Who We Need
- 0-3 years of work experience in Finance or related role.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong client services skills demonstrated by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, prioritizing urgent matters and working independently.
- Direct related experience at a financial technology company, an Order or Execution Management or FIX related role preferred.
- Exposure to allocation methodology, FIX messaging and order sizing workflows is a bonus.
