We are seeking an Insights Analyst for our New Product Development Team.
The ideal candidate has an insights foundation and a demonstrated desire to understand and represent the consumer.
This role combines consumer insights with data analytics to synthesize knowledge and create actionable conclusions. Must be curious and willing to roll up your sleeves to understand both consumers and the drivers of results. Able to design research to get at understanding and answers - often without the benefit of a prior template. You will be challenged to determine how to best answer business questions on tight timelines. This individual will support projects across a number of teams and must be able to work cross-functionally with Culinary, Procurement, Marketing, Operations, Tech and Retail.
Must have ability to wear multiple hats, be comfortable with ambiguity and juggle multiple priorities is key to success
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Design and execute team’s test and learn research plans to guide the real-time development of new e-commerce and Retail products:
- Working closely with the product development teams, design and execute quantitative research to inform product objectives.
- Identify best-practice research methodologies and recommend best approach to answer business questions.
- Translate business questions into the right survey questions.
- Analyze results to deliver synthesized insights and informed recommendations based on data.
- Bring information to life through compelling data stories and identification of clear action.
- Coordinate and execute qualitative research methods:
- Conduct customer interviews and in-home tests.
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of customer focus groups.
- Inform decisions supporting new product roadmap:
- Explore and make sense of future-view consumer and category trends as they apply to our business.
- Design methods to gather data to inform and build models used to size business opportunities.
- Analyze grocery category performance:
- Analyze grocery category data using 84.51 and IRI to inform opportunities in new and existing categories.
- Perform competitive assessments across direct and adjacent categories.

- Familiar with consumer insight qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Intuitively analytic with the ability to evaluate business performance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and execute multiple projects at a time.
- Intermediate or advanced Google Sheets skills
Education:
- Completion of 4-year degree.
