As an Integration Analyst on the Echo Global Logistics team, you will contribute to the success of our integrated EDI and API customers, using tools such as SQl, Service-Now, & Biztalk. These tools allow our analysts to diagnose and solve complex problems for our customers and carriers.

Responsibilities:

Integration Analysts work in conjunction with Engineers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance and business owners to:

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting problems our EDI integrations
  • Work with engineers to understand business needs to improve the overall operational efficiency of integrated accounts
  • Assist users in
  • Monitor our environments to identify potential issues
  • Onboard and assist new carriers to establish an integration with Echo
  • Proactively identify issues/business risks and lead the conversations with 3rd party partners for resolution/mitigation
  • Support and maintain integration for both production and sandbox environments while ensuring data integrity/cleanliness
  • Create and maintain documentation for all integration and business requirements
  • Ability to comprehend and understand Raw EDI Format
  • Manage the 3rd parties and continually monitor all integrations; proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and drive process changes

Position Requirements

  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to have an effective use of reference materials
  • Ability to maintain a good working relationship with business personnel
  • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple project priorities
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in business, management information systems, ,benefits administration or related field
  • Technical experience in SQL, EDI, API or other related applications a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt with ne product offerings and applications
