Enfusion is seeking an Interfaces Business Analyst with an extensive middle and back-office experience that will be able to act as an intermediary between the development and client-facing teams.

What You’ll Do

• Review, scope and define development requirements for custom Interfaces
• Enhance the existing Product Development lifecycle through improved requirements gathering, development communication, and clear testing plans
• Ensure all custom Interfaces requests are handled in a prompt and appropriate manner
• Create, review, and provide weekly metrics to senior management outlining existing responsibilities, trends, and areas of risk
• Work with external parties to test new interfaces and provide feedback to the development team
• Become innately familiar with the Interfaces process, key clients, connections, and proprietary applications
• Strengthen our client and broker relationships through strong delivery, clear business communication, and setting appropriate expectations
• Regularly review outstanding Interfaces requests with the development team and provide guidance on prioritization
• Ensure testing of Interfaces is complete and exhaustive across entire product scope accounting for any corner case scenarios
• Work closely with the Product Consulting, Sales, and Implementation teams for new Interface requests
• Become a trusted point of contact within the firm for Interface related requests

Who We Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Computer Science
• 2-3 Years of experience working in a technical operations role at a fund administrator, financial technology company, or complex asset manager
• Familiarity with various asset classes in a middle office operations capacity 
• Proven ability to create and improve processes and best practices
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira or Zendesk
