Job Description
The Inventory Analyst is a vital part of the Vendor Relationship team. The analyst's primary focus will be monitoring the pricing of all ticket inventory broadcast to Vivid Seats by the Vendors who list on the site and keeping the Vendor Relationship Managers informed with detailed reporting. This job requires attention to detail and is a great role to understand market dynamics across the entire secondary ticket market.
Responsibilities

  • Research all inventory positions on Vivid Seats relative to the rest of the secondary ticket market
  • Identify and report on any areas of inequity to the Vendor Relationship team
  • Ensure the correct inventory is optimally marketed and exposed in order to increase sales
  • Data entry involving all tickets listed on Vivid Seats
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail alongside the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong sense of urgency coupled with an intrinsic desire to complete all tasks with 100% accuracy and efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
