What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
A minimum of 1+ year of experience managing financials, IT metrics, and project and operational reporting
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
We’d prefer to see:
Experience with - Agile Central, Service Now, Clarity or similar systems
Previous relevant IT experience, preferably in Healthcare
Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and metrics
Strong administrative support and facilitation skills
Impact you’ll make:
· Collaborate with the Healthcare team, Finance, and other applicable stakeholders on IT budget, actuals and forecast for the following financial metrics:
o Associate headcount
o Internally Developed Software (IDS, aka capitalization)
o Authorization for Expenditures (AFEs) for IDS submissions and other applicable spend greater than $50K
o Contractors (External Spend), including accruals and management of invoices
o CapEx (hardware, software, etc.) liaison for most Healthcare teams
· Help manage the Agile IT metrics framework, and collaborate with the team on the use of systems that metrics are sourced from, as well as researching and reporting of metrics
· Partner with Healthcare IT ScrumMasters and Management to ensure oversight of time tracking and project
· Facilitate collection of project data for the R&D Tax Credit initiative
· Assist with creation of executive and management presentations
