Responsibilities

• Manage and improve Team tools including supply planning tools, incident logging and resolution tracker, KPI scorecard and initiative tracker, supplier scorecards
• Manage non-food team processes including meeting cadence, savings tracking, supplier compliance etc
• Monitor team performance – savings, operational KPIs, error metrics
• Support sourcing decision making through analytics – bid analysis, savings analysis etc
• Support procurement operations through metrics and analysis

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations or consulting (ops leadership development or strategy consulting or big 4 consulting arms)
• Excellent analytical problem solving
• Excellent communication, both oral and written
• Strong data and numerical orientation
• Spreadsheet mastery including scripting (javascript, google scripts or VBA)Strong project management
• Ability to lead analysts to execute tasks
