Primary responsibilities:

  • Write clear user stories for a project as part of an agile delivery team
  • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, tradeoffs of different project scopes and implementations
  • Raise relevant issues to Product Managers and stakeholders throughout delivery
  • Verify stories are implemented as intended, record bugs, and assist the development team in driving resolution
  • Perform regression and usability tests across multiple platforms (Web, Mobile, Tablet)
  • Track and compile metrics and feedback for the product

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or related field is preferred
  • 3-5 Years prior experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Engineer, or Product Analyst
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience with web and mobile technologies and products
  • Must be able to take creative approaches to solving challenging problems
  • Must work well in a results-oriented environment as well as independently
  • Demonstrate ability to interact in a team environment
  • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to learn new technologies with enthusiasm and a high degree of efficiency
