Description

As a Senior Analytics Team Leader at Caterpillar, you will be responsible for leading teams and working individually to solve highly complex supply chain and inventory problems presented by a Business Unit using business simulation, optimization, data mining and advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

• Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering

• 3 years experience applying analytics to Supply Chain and Inventory Management to solve business problems.  Experience must include (i) Predictive analysis, data mining, and regression modeling using the statistical programming tools SAS, R, Minitab, SPSS Modeler, SAS Enterprise Miner, Matlab and Python and (ii) visualization using Tableau, BOBJ, and IBM Web Portal
