Senior Operations Analyst
The Workplace group is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join our Fiduciary Services Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing extraordinary quality support for all products and processes related to the Fiduciary Solutions platforms, which includes Morningstar Plan Advantage and our traditional fiduciary services. You will work closely with a team of project managers, developers and investment consultants to ensure all daily operational tasks are completed and results are delivered to clients on time. In addition, you will support the development and ongoing maintenance of internal systems/processes.
Responsibility:
+Develop an in-depth understanding of Fiduciary Services’ solutions and products
+Support the administrative and operational functions necessary to maintain the quality and stability of the platform, such as managing file updates, client communications and report processing
+Work with both internal and external client teams to maintain accurate data and validate client deliverables
+Investigate and solve client issues and data discrepancies
+Identify areas of risk and promote process improvements
+ Lead the timely delivery of quarterly, annual and ad hoc client reports
+ Work closely with internal technology and product team members to diagnose and resolve issues
+ Develop and maintain any documentation necessary for operational support
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 5+ years of relevant work experience
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
+ Superior business judgment, data analysis and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Experience with SQL, XML and proficiency with Microsoft Office
+ Knowledge of Agile software development practices
+ Strong customer-service focus for building a product with purpose and supporting clients
