Department Overview
Motorola’s Software Enterprise organization is a fast-paced organization at the front line of driving growth throughout Motorola Solutions. The Launch and Sales Enablement team is chartered to define and drive the implementation of our growth strategies across the Software Enterprise portfolio.
Job Description

In this role, you’ll build upon your experiences to help drive efficiencies in the order creation through the delivery process for our Software Enterprise. You will identify areas of the existing process that are less than optimal and work with various stakeholders to optimize. This role will have high visibility to Motorola’s senior leadership and give opportunities to collaborate across the entire business. The level of exposure and meaningfulness of the work will provide a great opportunity for future advancement within the corporation. 

  • Monitor and rationalize the order booking process to ensure proper product, Installation, and service classifications.

  • Work with Product Management and Order Management to maintain an optimized sales to operations process and ensure consistency and accuracy by monitoring internal service level agreements across all product portfolios

  • Develop and maintain a robust set of metrics to evaluate and monitor the progress of the order placement, delivery, and service support process.

  • Operationalize the order through project execution process including establishing KPI to monitor effectiveness.

  • Monitor and assist in optimizing the new product introduction release process

  • Provide various stakeholders with regular feedback on order processing SLA adherence, pain points, areas of improvement, and sales booking through service execution

  • Drive continuous innovation for the NPI process and associated tools with a focus on improving efficiencies and simplifying the experience


Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

2 years of experience in sales, business operations, project/program management

Skilled in critical thinking

Preferred SaaS and business transformation experience 

Ability to manage several workstreams and switch between different initiatives

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, managers and subject matter experts

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure 

Ability to work independently with minimal direction and guidance from project leads and managers
