Your role in helping us shape the future:
This position applies professional expertise to support the procurement of LRUs, radomes, installation kits, and related hardware components, and will work closely with multiple departments to support supplier partner management. The role includes a variety of activities including data analysis/extraction/maintenance/reporting, supplier RFQ/RFPs, scorecarding, and monitoring contract compliance.
Are you up to the challenge?

• Developing spend analyses and reporting, both ad hoc and ongoing
• Extracting relevant contract terms and measuring contract compliance
• Creating and updating supplier scorecards

• Managing internal and external stakeholders
• Assembling and distributing Supplier Scorecards

You should definitely have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong data management/manipulation skills
• Strong knowledge of SQL and BI tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau),
• Experience working with ERP Systems (i.e. Dynamics NAV)
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (i.e. V-lookups, pivot tables, if statements, etc.)
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with track record to meet deliverables and project deadlines in cross-functional environment.
• Ability to focus on details, organize, and follow through.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member in a dynamic, fast paced setting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

It would be nice if you had:

• Knowledge of VBA and/or Python
• Experience in Supplier management, Sourcing, Project Management, and/or Vendor qualification.

• Prior history with Aviation/Aerospace/Electronics industries
• Experience reviewing/extracting contract terms
