Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $123,000.00 - $205,100.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 15 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details
As a Delivery Manager - Identity Security you will be responsible for leading and coordinating strategic initiatives focused on identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance. You will ensure the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs that enhance the organization's security posture, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cybersecurity, IT, risk, and business teams to drive alignment and execution across identity security initiatives.
You will
- Lead end-to-end program management for identity security initiatives, including IAM, PAM, PKI, Directory, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle management.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity strategy, compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR), and enterprise architecture standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies across projects.
- Facilitate governance meetings, status reporting, and executive updates.
- Promote adoption of identity security best practices and change management across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and metrics analysis.
You have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in cybersecurity or identity security domains.
- Strong understanding of identity security concepts, technologies, and frameworks.
- Experience managing large-scale IAM/PAM implementations or migrations.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements impacting identity security.
- Communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet).
- PMP, PgMP, CISSP, or similar certifications are a plus.
Preffered skill
- Experience with modern identity platforms.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and identity-centric security models.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in agile and hybrid environments.
