Channel Strategy & Optimization

  • Drive a disciplined experimentation program across channels, optimizing for cost efficiency, signal strength, and pipeline conversion.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the web experience, content paths, and account-level engagement.
Who You Are
  • 12+ years in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or growth with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Extensive experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or financial services
  • Deep expertise in paid and owned digital channels, especially in SEO/AI visibility optimization
  • Demonstrated success owning pipeline targets, with a track record of delivering scalable growth
  • Experience managing and developing multi-function, global teams
  • Proficiency in mainstream martech, AI, and ABM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, Demandbase)
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize performance insights for executives and cross-functional partners
  • Strong strategic communication and influencing skills
Typical Process
  • Application Submission
  • Recruiter phone call
  • Hiring manager video call
  • Virtual “Onsite” consisting of 4-5, 45 min calls

At this point, we hope you're feeling excited about the role. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. Your skills and passion will stand out—and set you apart—especially if your career has taken some extraordinary twists and turns. We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so again, don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you.
