We constantly innovate our platform and capabilities to meet tomorrow’s challenges, anticipate the risks our clients encounter, and design advanced solutions to help our clients achieve transformational business outcomes.

We value intellectual curiosity, proactive ownership, and collaboration with colleagues, and we empower you to meaningfully contribute from day one and accelerate your professional development.

Position Summary

Arcesium is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team and play a key role in powering the programs that fuel our pipeline. In this role, you will help plan, build, launch, and measure demand generation campaigns, from setting up emails and nurture programs in our marketing automation platform to managing the calendar that keeps every campaign on track.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing colleagues, including partnering with our sales team to bring our LinkedIn subject matter expert strategy to life. We are also looking for someone who sees AI as a force multiplier: a person who has already either worked on an AI-forward team, and/or has built agents/automations that make marketing campaigns work measurably more efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to take this role to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Support the development of end-to-end demand generation campaigns, including building and deploying campaigns and emails in our marketing automation platform, maintaining ongoing nurture programs, and supporting additional campaigns as needed.
  • Campaign Project Management: Serve as project manager for demand generation campaigns, working within our project management tool to manage workflow, cadence, and priorities across stakeholders.
  • Social Media Support: Manage and execute the social media plan in support of demand generation campaigns, including collaborating with the sales team to develop a LinkedIn subject matter expert strategy and content plan.
  • Testing & Optimization: Stay abreast of best practices in campaign testing, and apply a wide variety of elements, approaches, and media across campaign activities to continually improve results.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Help measure campaign performance, email health, and overall marketing channel performance, and translate findings into clear recommendations for the team.
  • AI-Enabled Marketing: Identify and build AI into processes including agents and workflow automations, to improve campaign implementation, quality, personalization, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in managing email campaigns
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in a marketing automation platform (HubSpot experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong project management skills (ClickUp experience a plus), with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders against a marketing calendar
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability and list health, A/B and multivariate testing, and campaign analytics
  • Experience with LinkedIn and social media in a B2B setting, and comfort partnering with sales teams, is a plus
  • Exceptional written communication and uncompromising attention to detail
  • Experience in financial services or financial technology marketing is a plus
  • A demonstrated record of using AI to make marketing campaigns work more efficiently, such as having built AI agents or automations, and the ability to show how they could take this role to the next level would be highly desirable.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $140,000.00-$160,000.00. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
