CloudQuery is entering its next phase of growth: a sales-led enterprise motion targeting platform teams and cloud infrastructure owners. We’re hiring a Demand Generation Manager to help build and scale the engine that drives enterprise pipeline, while helping us transition from a primarily product-led motion. This is a hands-on role where you'll both strategize and execute.

You'll own enterprise lead generation:

  • Launch and optimize campaigns across various channels: paid, email, social, content syndication, partner co-marketing, and events.
  • Build and use signals infrastructure: website, product, and channels engagement.
  • Architect and run account-based programs targeting enterprise platform and cloud infra teams.
  • Collaborate extensively with sales and product marketing functions to accomplish this, managing feedback loops to continuously optimize conversion and velocity.

If you’re energized by creating and implementing demand generation plays, iterating quickly, and driving leads for the sales teams: this role is for you.

Requirements
  • 5+ years owning demand generation or account-based marketing (ABM) for technical or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience targeting technical buying committees, with the support of product marketing.
  • Metrics driven: you obsess over delivering quality leads to your partners in sales, and breaking down funnel metrics to understand where you can improve.
  • Comfortable building from scratch: scrappy (you create your own things), experimental, and data-driven.
  • Collaborative partner to sales: low ego, high ownership.

Bonus if you:

  • Have run enterprise ABM motions (1:few, 1:many).
  • Built an enterprise motion alongside an existing PLG motion.

Benefits
  • Flexible, remote-first work.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, including equity.
  • Generous PTO and company holidays.
  • High-impact role with direct visibility to the CEO and GTM leadership.
