About The Role
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help build k-ID’s demand generation engine across the United States, Singapore, Europe, and other priority markets. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will turn k-ID’s product positioning, regulatory insight, customer momentum, and category leadership into campaigns that create qualified pipeline and move enterprise buyers through the funnel.
This is a hands on, builder role. You will own campaign execution across email, webinars, events, paid and organic channels, lifecycle marketing, account based marketing, and nurture programs. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, Comms, Policy, and Product to reach developers, product leaders, legal teams, trust and safety leaders, policy teams, and executives at gaming companies, social platforms, AI companies, marketplaces, and other regulated digital businesses.
The right person is commercially sharp, analytical, organized, and strong with messaging. You should be comfortable turning complex regulatory and technical topics into clear campaigns targeted by ICP, persona, market, and buying stage.

Develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
Own campaign planning across priority segments, including gaming, social media, AI, marketplaces, and other regulated digital platforms.
Build campaigns around key market moments, regulatory changes, product launches, customer proof points, and industry events.
Translate k-ID’s category narrative into clear commercial campaigns that create urgency with target buyers.
Run experiments across channels and use data to decide what to scale, stop, or refine.
Maintain accurate campaign and channel reporting with clear lifecycle stage capture and attribution; comfortable analyzing, reporting and conducting optimization experiments.
Build targeted account based campaigns for enterprise prospects across priority verticals and regions.
Partner with Sales on named account strategy, messaging, outreach sequences, and campaign follow up.
Develop campaigns that support both new logo acquisition and expansion into larger enterprise opportunities.
Help create market specific campaigns for priority jurisdictions where regulatory pressure is increasing.
Own Hubspot-based Marketing Ops reporting and channel attribution from lead through SQL stages for demand generation activities.
Content, Webinars & Field Campaigns
Work with Head of Marketing (Product & Brand Marketing), Comms, and Policy to turn thought leadership, regulatory updates, customer stories, and product launches into demand generating assets.
Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, roundtables, and conference follow up campaigns.
Create campaign briefs for content such as landing pages, email sequences, one pagers, case studies, ads, and reports/white papers/similar mid-funnel content.
Ensure all demand generation content is accurate, commercially compelling, and aligned with k-ID’s brand and regulatory positioning.
Oversee production of demand generation event activations - overseeing project management and coordination of event requirements from team members, timely creation of campaign assets, speaker coordination and internal XFN alignment.
Marketing Operations & AI Workflows
Use marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and AI tools to improve campaign speed, quality, personalization, and measurement.
Build scalable campaign processes that allow the marketing function to move quickly without losing quality control.
Help maintain clean campaign data, attribution, lead scoring, and lifecycle reporting.
Experiment with AI assisted workflows while maintaining strong human review for accuracy, brand coherence, and regulatory sensitivity.
Cross Functional Collaboration
You will help build a small, AI enabled marketing engine that can move quickly, produce high quality campaigns, and support a rapidly scaling GTM motion.
Partner with Sales to understand objections, buyer pain points, and what messaging converts in real customer conversations.
Partner with Product and Product Marketing to turn technical capabilities into commercially relevant campaigns.
Partner with Brand Marketing, Comms and Policy to ensure campaigns are timely, credible, and aligned with k-ID’s broader market narrative.
Work with leadership to prioritize campaigns based on company goals, revenue targets, and market urgency.
6 to 10 years of B2B marketing experience, with significant experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign marketing.
Proven track record driving qualified pipeline for a B2B SaaS, infrastructure, developer platform, compliance, security, privacy, or enterprise technology company.
Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel, from awareness to lead capture to sales accepted pipeline.
Experience running multi channel campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, content, events, organic, and account based marketing.
Strong analytical skills and experience reporting on campaign performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline contribution.
Ability to write and shape clear campaign messaging for complex technical or regulatory topics.
Experience working closely with Sales and operating against revenue goals.
Strong project management skills and ability to execute quickly in a startup environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Hubspot and AI tools (such as Claude or similar) for campaign setup, orchestration, execution and reporting.
Experience running enterprise-sales led as well as ABM and PLG-led demand generation for B2B SaaS.
Experience marketing to gaming companies, social platforms, AI companies, marketplaces, EdTech, or other regulated digital services.
Experience with developer platforms, APIs, compliance infrastructure, privacy, trust and safety, or identity products.
Experience building demand generation programs at a Series A to C stage company.
Experience using AI powered marketing tools, automation, and agentic workflows.
Experience marketing across both the United States and Asia Pacific.
