About the Role 

We are seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager with experience marketing to manufacturing organizations. This individual will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through email marketing, digital campaigns, SEO, webinars, content marketing, and account-based marketing programs.

The ideal candidate understands manufacturing buyers, can build and execute marketing campaigns on a consistent cadence, and has a proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute demand generation campaigns targeting manufacturing and industrial organizations
  • Develop email campaigns, nurture programs, and outbound marketing sequences that drive engagement and qualified opportunities
  • Own and manage a regular campaign calendar with consistent delivery of marketing programs
  • Create and optimize LinkedIn, paid search, webinar, and content marketing campaigns
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and inbound lead generation
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content around manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, and CMMS topics
  • Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation
  • Build account-based marketing programs for strategic target accounts
  • Monitor campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI while continuously improving results

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B demand generation experience
  • Experience marketing to manufacturers, industrial companies, life sciences, food production, or other asset intensive industries
  • Proven success generating pipeline and revenue through email marketing, SEO, digital campaigns, and lead nurture programs
  • Experience developing email content, campaign workflows, and marketing cadences
  • Strong understanding of complex, consultative sales cycles
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Experience

  • CMMS, EAM, ERP, MES, industrial software, or manufacturing technology experience

Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
