About The Role:

As the Demand Planning Manager at Feastables, you will be positioned within the Supply Chain organization and will play a critical role in managing the Demand Plan for a designated group of customer channels. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Supply Planning, to ensure that forecasts are accurate and aligned with business needs

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Manage the Demand Plan from end to end including baseline modeling and the process of gathering and applying inputs from Sales partners
  • Govern inputs to ensure alignment with organizational data structure; Partner with appropriate team(s) to resolve discrepancies stemming from master data
  • Play a critical role in testing and launching a new statistical enterprise planning platform
  • Own series of consensus-focused monthly meeting with Sales partners to ensure that open items get addressed & that space is created for ample discussion
  • Conduct ad-hoc reporting to support business needs; Common subjects might include seasonal offerings, new business opportunities, promotional endeavors
  • Assist the Director of Demand Planning in coordinating the demand planning process, ensuring that all forecasts are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Recipe For Success:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in demand forecasting tools and techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, particularly between Sales and Supply Chain
  • Proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems
