What you can expect

As a Demo Engineer at Zoom, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our cutting-edge software solutions to potential clients. You will be responsible for setting up the environments used for product demonstrations. In addition, you will provide technical support during pre-sales activities, and ensuring a high-quality demo experience for our customers.

About the Team

The Zoom Demo Engineering team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in a systems engineering or IT automation role
• Have experience in scripting and automation leveraging public APIs, private APIs, and browser automation. Experience with Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL and Playwright
• Have Front-end development skills with React, CSS, and JavaScript
• Have experience managing Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments and Kubernetes clusters, certifications
• Have analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, personable, with good attention to detail
• Have the ability to understand customer needs and effectively tailor product demonstrations Portfolio Please be prepared to share examples of your scripting and development work.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$98,900.00

Maximum:

$228,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
