This role supports the McDonald’s Big Rock goal. The role will assist in the success of the Browning Screens program, rolling into the US DMB CMS program, solidifying our successful completion of this Big Rock goal. This resource will support the business in its daily operations, serving as a catalyst to seamlessly bridge gaps in everyday processes, ensuring client satisfaction. The project coordinator will be critical to the success of the open programs of work with McDonald’s, ensuring updates are made in a timely manner and Owner/Operators feel confident with our work at their stores. The role will enable the creation and management of better data, documentation, and reporting for use by key stakeholders to present to the client as a measure of success.

Responsibilities:

    •Project Coordination – Collaboration with PMs, Support agents, and stakeholders to deliver on deployment activites to meet project goals. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and work to address them before they impact the deployment schedule.
    •Salesforce Case Management – Update and maintain Salesforce cases and relevant data to enable ease of reporting and reference. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather all necessary information to accurately update cases.
    •Date Management – Monitor and manage deployment schedules to ensure adherence to project goals. Coordinate date movements, record the changes, and effectively communicate them to relevant parties to ensure a smooth deployment for parties involved.
    •Rescheduling Coordination – Facilitate reschedule processes between vendors and Owner/Operators. Communicate changes quickly and effectively to clients, and field and questions or concerns that arise. Serve as primary point of contact for Owner/Operators, building and maintaining positive working relationships and rapport with OO’s and client.
    •Documentation an reporting – Generate and maintain accurate reports related to deployment progress, reschedules, and Salesforce custom objects. Document key insights, changes and solutions to contribute to continuous improvement in deployment processes.

Qualifications:

    •Previous experience in a coordination or project management role, preferably in a technology or deployment context
    •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
    •Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
    •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    •Detail-oriented with a focus in data management.
    •Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
    •Problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Capabilities:

    •Cross-functional collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with various departments to understand their specific capabilities and requirements
    •Communication and reporting: communicate deployment progress, issues, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders. Prepare and distribute regular status reports outlining key milestones and achievements.
    •Continuous improvement: evaluate the effectiveness of deployed capabilities and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Recommend enhancements to existing processes or technologies to increase overall organizational capabilities.
    •Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients during and after the deployment, using this information to improve future deployment processes and enhance overall client satisfaction.
