At Seekr, we’re building a platform that helps enterprises harness agentic AI in the real world — responsibly, transparently, and at scale. As a Deployment Strategist, you own the full commercial and technical arc of an engagement — from understanding the customer’s business to putting a working solution into production and proving it delivers value — working across a team of Engineers, Product Designers, and Strategists to turn complex problems into high-impact use cases.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll help enterprises rethink how their core workflows and operating models change once AI is embedded, going deep on each customer’s domain to identify where Seekr can augment, accelerate, or transform how they work. Working alongside Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) and building on SeekrFlow, our platform for trustworthy, document-grounded, agentic AI, you’ll turn customer problems into explainable, scalable, production-ready solutions that stick — accountable not just for shipping software, but for measurable business outcomes, real adoption, and a defensible return on the customer’s investment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own solution definition — translate business problems into functional and non-functional requirements, draft user stories, and shape solutions around real user needs.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer domains, processes, and operating models; map where Seekr can augment, accelerate, or transform how they work; and pinpoint relevant datasets and high-impact use cases.
  • Draft and drive full-production deployment plans — keeping engagements scoped, technically feasible, and on schedule — and turn demos and prototypes into robust, production-grade AI systems.
  • Guide customers through the operational and workflow change AI adoption requires, acting as strategic advisor and technical escalation point from analysts to C-suite.
  • Own the commercial and technical health of the engagement — scope, stakeholder expectations, and account health — in partnership with sales and account teams.
  • Define and defend the business case: quantify expected impact up front, track realized value through delivery, and ensure a demonstrable return — outcomes the customer can point to, not just working software.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and Forward Deployed Engineering; collaborate with FDEs to define the solution space, iterate on prototypes, and deploy production-ready builds.
  • Capture and synthesize user feedback to continuously refine solutions, feeding field intelligence back into Seekr’s product and GTM strategy.
  • Visit customers on-site to understand their key questions, workflows, and most pressing challenges.
  • Conduct training sessions and deliver demos for new and existing customers to ensure the product delivers measurable operational impact.
  • Explore potential opportunities in new industries and global locations.

What We Value

  • Team members who dig beyond superficial answers to uncover deep insights.
  • Humility; prioritizing outcomes over personal credit.
  • Exceptional at tackling ambiguous problems in unstructured settings.
  • Flexible and reflective, ready to learn, mentor, lead, or follow as needed.

What We Require

  • 7+ years in technical consulting, product management, solutions architecture, implementation management, or a related customer-facing technical delivery role.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business needs into solution requirements.
  • Proven track record of shipping software products, managing complex implementations, or leading enterprise engagements (experience implementing agentic AI or managing AI initiatives preferred)
  • Commercial acumen — comfort owning scope, SOWs, delivery timelines, and value conversations with senior client stakeholders, with a track record of tying technical delivery to business outcomes and ROI.
  • Understanding of data pipelines and AI/ML workflows, with general fluency in programming or scripting tools (Python, SQL, R) and familiarity with infrastructure tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) to collaborate effectively with Forward Deployed Engineers and integrate customer systems with generative AI applications.
  • Willingness to travel 25%-50%, depending on location and team.
