Position Highlights:

  • Position: NSH MDG Board Certified Dermatology
  • Location: 71 Waukegan Rd Lake Bluff, IL /Arlington Heights
  • Full Time - 40 hours per week (36 Bookable hours)
  • Sign on Bonus: (If eligible) $25,000
  • CME: $3,500/year for 1.0FTE. The CME allowance would be prorated for a reduced FTE.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Level

  • Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required.

Minimum Licensure Requirements

  • Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.

Minimum Certification Requirements

  • Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
