Marketing Design Specialist

What you’ll be doing:
What’s a typical day look like for a marketing designer at Solstice? There isn’t one. One day you’ll be designing infographics and print material, the next shooting talking heads and b-roll, the next taking headshots, or maintaining and creating new pages for our website. At the end of the day, you’ll be responsible for creating design solutions and telling stories that have a highly visual impact across a ton of mediums. We’re looking for a schmörgåsbord of talents, but never fear, your $5,000 yearly training budget provides the opportunity for you to expand your creative repertoire.

What we are looking for from you:
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- A solid understanding of HTML/CSS
- Bonus points if you know your way around HubSpot
- Working knowledge of video editing software (Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premiere)
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related degree
- And just as importantly, you need to be a creative thinker. You’ll be problem-solving ideas through design, and helping bring big ideas to life
