We’re on the hunt for a UX/UI Designer that will be able to deliver a world-class user experience and design that architects love interacting with.

You will:

• Lead design thinking from problem definition through ideation
• Create effective plans to research, design, prototype, learn, and iterate quickly
• Craft useful and usable experiences through diagrams, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and coordinate the handoff of design assets to our software developers
• Design new pages and products using our established brand guidelines and systems
• Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of our brand design and design guidelines
• Collaborate with product team to build a shared understanding of the product vision and design approach
• Fully understand and be a strong advocate for our customers
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze the results

Requirements

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have significant demonstrable experience in UX/UI, proven by a strong portfolio of design projects. Project experience required in professional setting is a must.
• You are able to manage multiple projects
• Hold a bachelor's degree in design field such as Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, etc.
• Have demonstrable experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role
• Are proficient in design and prototyping applications such as Figma, Adobe, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, and/or Invision
• Possess strong visual design skills/background
• Have comfort with an iterative design process
