Role Overview

Telestream is a seeking a DevOps Engineer to ensure seamless collaboration between our Software Development and IT Operations teams.  Your extensive experience and technical expertise in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation and cloud platforms, will allow you to excel in this role. 


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain continuous integration/deployment pipelines to automate cost testing and deployment
  • Track software performance, fixing errors, troubleshooting systems, implement preventative measures to ensure smooth workflows
  • Implement and manage infrastructure.  Utilize Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC management
  • Optimize cloud resources by implementing cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth deployment
  • Monitor and create new processes based on performance analysis
  • Implement security best practices, including automated compliance checks and secure code deployment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as code tools
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
  • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for managing containers
  • Strong Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, GO, Powershell etc)
