- Maintain an SRE mindset to keep applications running 24x7, with built-in redundancy.
- Build and maintain pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Create and monitor alerting/notifications for critical applications.
- Build automated workflows for auto-remediation of recurring operational tasks.
- Resolve issues clearly and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of quality in your output; test your own work before handing off to QA for verification.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of existing and emerging technologies relevant to the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Cloud & Infrastructure:
- Experience with cloud and SaaS development (Azure and/or AWS), Docker, Kubernetes;
- Working knowledge of AWS; AWS certification preferred;
- Networking (VPC, Subnets, Transit Gateway, Peering);
- Compute (EC2, WorkSpaces);
- IAM and security (policies, roles, etc.);
- Linux administration.
- DevOps & Release Engineering:
- EKS/AKS;
- Helm;
- Git;
- Artifactory;
- CI/CD pipelines;
- Terraform;
- Ansible;
- Release management;
- Experience applying AI/ML tools to CI/CD (e.g., AI-assisted pipeline authoring, automated code review, intelligent test selection, anomaly detection in build/deploy telemetry).
