Lead a Dietary Team That Makes a Difference

Silver Foxes Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and experienced Dietary Manager to lead our dietary department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in senior care, leading a team, and ensuring residents receive nutritious, enjoyable meals in a clean and welcoming environment.

As Dietary Manager, you’ll play an important role in both the daily operation of the department and the overall experience of our residents.

Compensation

$18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department

  • Supervise, schedule, and support dietary staff

  • Ensure meals are prepared and served according to resident needs and dietary requirements

  • Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards

  • Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering and cost control

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

  • Work closely with nursing and other departments regarding resident dietary needs

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen and dietary department

  • Assist with meal preparation and service when needed

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred

  • Dietary management or supervisory experience preferred

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

  • Dependable and committed to providing excellent service to our residents
