Digital Analytics Analyst/Senior Analyst
Be an Early Applicant
Analyze complex data to inform business strategy; develop and automate Tableau reports, dashboards, and KPIs; deliver insights to senior leadership; collaborate cross-functionally to align on performance levers; escalate and resolve customer-impacting issues. Requires financial services experience, strong SQL and Snowflake proficiency, and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex data to improve business strategy.
Develop/automate reports, dashboards, and KPIs (Tableau).
Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Work cross-functionally to align on performance levers and data needs.
Quickly escalate and resolve customer-impacting or risk issues.
Financial Services experience (must)
Strong in Data Analysis and Visualization (Tableau)
Proficient in SQL, Cloud Environments (Snowflake)
Bonus: Python/SAS experience
Strong communication and ability to present insights
Location: Riverwood, IL (local candidates only)
