The Digital Analytics Senior Analyst will build, optimize and maintain our digital platforms’ analytics data and reporting. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong collaborative mindset will make both you and the team successful.
What You'll Do
Build, optimize and maintain our digital platforms’ web analytics data and reporting.
Deliver weekly reporting and insights to leadership.
Conduct deep dives and analysis on trends and recommend optimizations to improve website performance.
Partner with our Paid Digital, Email/Direct Mail, and Analytics teams to provide insights that help improve our marketing initiatives, campaigns and customer journeys.
Optimize Adobe Analytics implementations across our websites and platforms to ensure data is accurately captured and reported.
What You'll Need
3-5 years of experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
Experience with Quantitative Analysis and communicating Web Analytics to stakeholders.
Familiarity with SQL coding is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
A keen attention to detail, a self-starter mindset with minimal supervision required.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects at once.
- Travel requirement: Within the first 6 months of employment, all employees will travel to attend the BHG All Oars Experience. Following this event, ongoing travel is minimal—approximately 5% annually—for team on-sites, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Work Authorization: This role is not eligible for employer-provided immigration sponsorship. To be considered, applicants must already possess valid U.S. work authorization that will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
