Digital Campaign Coordinator – Media Partners

*This is a remote position that requires you to work closely and collaboratively with a team.*

About Townsquare Ignite:

Founded in 2010, Townsquare Ignite products and solutions are a combination of our owned and operated digital properties, our proprietary digital programmatic advertising platform, and an in-house demand and data management platform collecting valuable proprietary first-party data, and is the fastest growing revenue and profit driver of Townsquare Media.

Through strategic partnerships with media companies and agencies across the country, we extend our advanced digital solutions beyond our owned markets—bringing best-in-class programmatic, audience targeting, and full-funnel capabilities to our Media Partners and their clients.

The Digital Campaign Coordinator Opportunity:

The Digital Campaign Coordinator – Media Partners serves as the operational and communication hub between Townsquare Ignite and our external Media Partners (media companies and agencies).

Rather than supporting a single market, this role supports established Media Partner relationships—helping facilitate communication, campaign execution, and ongoing performance management. You will work closely with Partner stakeholders, Ignite sales leadership, campaign managers, and internal buying teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, optimized effectively, and supported with proactive, professional communication.

Success in this role is measured by seamless campaign execution, strong partner satisfaction, and scalable support that strengthens long-term partnerships.

This is a collaborative, detail-oriented position that blends client-facing communication with technical coordination and campaign management support.

Pre-Sale

  • Support Partner Discovery & Strategy: Participate in strategy conversations with Media Partners to understand client objectives, KPIs, and targeting needs.
  • Assist with Proposal Development: Collaborate with Ignite sales and internal teams to build compelling proposals aligned with partner and end-client goals.
  • Provide Timely, Insightful Communication: Respond to Media Partner inquiries within 24 hours, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and data-backed recommendations.
  • Align Internal Teams: Ensure all necessary details (targeting, budget, flight dates, KPIs, creative specs) are clearly documented and communicated prior to campaign launch.

Post-Sale

  • Facilitate Campaign Setup & Launch: Gather and organize campaign details, confirm insertion orders, and collaborate with Digital Campaign Managers to ensure accurate trafficking, pacing, and delivery.
  • Act as Relationship Liaison: Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for Media Partners regarding campaign status, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor Performance & Drive Optimization: Review reporting dashboards and performance data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and upsell potential.
  • Coordinate Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver performance summaries, insights, and recommendations to Media Partners in a clear, actionable format.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain detailed documentation, track deadlines, and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Strengthen Partner Relationships: Proactively communicate product updates, timeline changes, and performance insights to foster trust and long-term collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Manages time; focuses on urgent and important tasks; avoids procrastination; follows up; shows strong attention to detail; meets deadlines
  • Exceptional Communicator. Experience taking the lead in interdepartmental projects.
  • Experience with digital ad messaging best practices (does not build the ads)
  • Actively listens; clearly and effectively conveys information; uses professional telephone skills; demonstrates effective business writing skills; shows excellent grasp of grammar
  • Exhibits good interpersonal skills; collaborates with others; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities
  • 1+ years experience in digital advertising
  • 4-year college degree or comparable work experience required

Benefits:

  • 3 weeks of PTO (+ 9 paid holidays)
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Casual, high-energy work environment
  • Opportunity for upward mobility
  • Company provided laptop
