We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the digital customer onboarding and activation experience. This role is responsible for building and enhancing capabilities that accelerate customer activation and support key business objectives.
The ideal candidate earns trust quickly, works seamlessly across cross functional teams, and demonstrates a proven ability to translate insights into features that streamline the lead to customer journey. The Product Manager will lead discovery, define and prioritize features, and partner with one or more Product Owners to execute the roadmap for their focus area.

The work for the Digital Commerce Product Manager position is completely remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories. 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Product Planning and Execution (35% of time)

    • Market and Customer facing role collaborates across departments to identify business needs

    • Develop and execute product roadmaps for specific feature areas

    • Drives targeted outcomes/KPI objectives via prioritized features and technical enablers

    • Contribute to and participate in monthly product review meetings with senior product leadership

  • Product Development (40% of time)

    • Utilize agile methodologies within your product area

    • Works with product owners to communicate business requirements and establish feature acceptance criteria, accepts features into the product

    • Communicates new enhancements to the organization and customers

  • Market and User Research (15% of time)

    • Conduct monthly competitive analyses of 2-3 key market competitors

    • Participate in quarterly user research sessions with customers

    • Lead ongoing analysis and insights of adoption and business performance to support stakeholder decision-making

  • Team Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination (10% of time)

    • Present weekly product updates to stakeholders

    • Work closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams throughout the product development cycle

    • Collaborate with Marketing to develop product messaging and launch plans

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of total professional experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce industry

  • 3+ years of experience in sales lifecycle management and digital onboarding

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Track record of contributing to products generating $10M+ in annual revenue

  • Up to 10% travel

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds).  The expected base rate for this role is between

$85,000 - $145,000
