We are seeking a Product Manager to support the strategy and execution of our internally used Salesforce Platform. This role will report to a Senior Product Manager and will be responsible for building and enhancing Salesforce-based capabilities that enable internal teams to work more effectively and efficiently in support of our B2B business objectives.
The Product Manager will focus on identifying user needs across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions, translating those needs into clear product features, and partnering closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to bring solutions to market. The right candidate will be able to earn trust with cross-functional partners, apply insights to inform product decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.

The work for the Digital Commerce Product Manager position is completely remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories. This position may require up to 10% travel.

Product Planning and Execution (30% of time) 

  • Act as a market-facing and internally facing product partner, collaborating across Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem 

  • Contribute to the development and execution of product roadmaps for assigned Salesforce feature areas (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) 

  • Support targeted outcomes and KPI objectives through prioritized features and technical enablers 

  • Prepare materials and participate in monthly product review meetings with senior product leadership 

Product Development (30% of time) 

  • Apply agile product management practices within assigned product areas 

  • Partner with Product Owners to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria 

  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and feature acceptance activities 

  • Ensure delivered features meet business requirements and align with platform standards 

Feature Deployment, Change Management & Rollout (15% of time) 

  • Lead and support feature deployment activities for Salesforce enhancements, including coordination of releases and post-release validation 

  • Partner with Change Management, Training, and Communications teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption of new features 

  • Develop and deliver enablement materials (release notes, job aids, FAQs) for internal users 

  • Monitor adoption and user feedback post-launch and identify opportunities for optimization 

Market and User Research (15% of time) 

  • Conduct regular competitive and industry analysis, with a focus on CRM and B2B best practices 

  • Participate in user research sessions, including interviews, ride-alongs, and usability testing with internal Salesforce users 

  • Analyze adoption metrics and business performance data to generate insights and inform product decisions 

Team Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination (10% of time) 

  • Provide regular product updates to stakeholders through written and verbal communications 

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Salesforce Administration teams throughout the product development lifecycle 

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement teams to support internal launch planning and messaging 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of total professional experience 

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce 

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams 

  • Demonstrated experience contributing to products or platforms supporting $10M+ in annual revenue or equivalent business impact 

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds).  The expected base rate for this role is between

$85,000 - $145,000
