This is a hands-on execution role: you will work closely with leadership to turn our insights and coaching expertise into consistent, high-performing content.
This position will begin as a 60-day trial period with the strong possibility of converting to a full‑time Content Creator position based on performance and business needs
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Production
- Support the development of a multi-channel content calendar spanning social media, email, and basic blog/video content.
- Translate ideas, coaching insights, and existing assets into content and/or scripts for verbal and pictorial posts, carousels, videos, and reels with captions and titles.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, or freelancers (as needed) to produce on-brand creative assets for social channels.
- Repurpose existing content and media into new formats (e.g., clips, carousels, quotes, reels, shorts) to maximize reach and longevity.
Social Media & Audience Growth
- Manage our day-to-day presence on key platforms (currently Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube), including scheduling and publishing content.
- Implement platform-specific best practices for copy, hooks, thumbnails, and hashtags while maintaining a cohesive brand narrative.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions, escalating client or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate internal team member.
- Experiment with content formats, posting cadences, and audience engagement tactics to drive follower growth and engagement.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track core channel and content metrics (e.g., reach, engagement rate, followers, click‑throughs, and basic conversions) using native platform and analytics tools.
- Create simple weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting what worked, what did not, and recommendations for next steps.
- Use data to refine content calendars, creative direction, and posting strategy, focusing on continuous improvement and learnings over time.
Collaboration & Operations
- Work closely with the founder and coaching team to capture insights, stories, and frameworks and translate them into audience-facing content concepts.
- Maintain organized systems for content assets, copy, links, and approvals to keep content production running smoothly.
- Help ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, following existing voice and visual guidelines.
