In This Role

In this role, you will own and operate the top-of-funnel growth engine across paid media, organic discovery, and web conversion. You’ll run daily performance analysis, optimize multichannel acquisition programs, and continuously test and iterate to improve efficiency, discoverability, and conversion. You will work cross-functionally with Web, Content, and Marketing Operations partners to ensure strong attribution, clean measurement, and scalable experimentation. This role is highly hands-on and data-driven, designed for someone who thrives in fast test-and-learn environments and can translate insights into measurable growth outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage multichannel paid media programs across search, social, and video platforms, including bid management, audience strategy, creative testing, and pacing
  • Monitor daily and weekly performance dashboards to identify optimization opportunities and experiment outcomes
  • Design and execute ongoing experimentation across paid media, landing pages, and web experiences to improve CPC, CPA, CPQL, conversion rates, and qualified traffic
  • Lead technical SEO initiatives, including indexation health, metadata optimization, structured data, and schema implementation
  • Drive AEO/GEO (AI discoverability) efforts by publishing structured Q&A content, maintaining intent maps, and optimizing content for generative and AI-driven search experiences
  • Partner closely with Web Ops on landing-page builds, QA validation, headline and CTA optimization, and A/B testing execution
  • Maintain clean UTMs, tagging standards, and funnel integrity in collaboration with Marketing Operations
  • Provide actionable SEO and AEO briefs to Content teams, including schema requirements and intent alignment
  • Support digital amplification for ABM programs, events, and strategic partnerships
  • Produce weekly performance summaries and recommendations, along with deeper monthly performance analyses

 

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing multichannel paid media programs
  • 5+ years of experience with technical SEO, including indexation, metadata, structured data, and schema markup
  • 5+ years of experience running web conversion optimization programs, including A/B testing and landing-page experimentation
  • Strong operator mindset with a proven track record of running experiments and iterating quickly based on performance data
  • Experience managing performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CPQL, conversion rates, and qualified sessions
  • Comfort working closely with Marketing Operations on attribution, dashboards, tagging, and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience optimizing content and discoverability for AI-driven and generative search experiences (AEO/GEO)
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and reporting tools (e.g., enterprise analytics platforms, ad platform reporting)
  • Experience supporting ABM, event-driven acquisition, or partnership-led growth initiatives
  • Background working in fast-paced growth or experimentation-heavy marketing environments
  • Comfort owning weekly executive-ready performance summaries and strategic recommendations

Salary Range 

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $35 to $38/hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
