About the Role

We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing Customer Success Manager who understands both digital marketing performance and client business objectives.

This role goes beyond relationship management and monthly reporting. You will be responsible for understanding client goals, interpreting SEO, GEO, AI search visibility, and PPC performance, identifying risks and growth opportunities, and working with internal specialists to deliver measurable business results.

The ideal candidate combines strong numerical and analytical skills with digital marketing knowledge, commercial awareness, and excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Retention

  • Build strong client relationships, understand business objectives, and manage expectations.
  • Take ownership of client satisfaction, account health, retention, and proactive communication.
  • Identify potential risks early and coordinate corrective actions before issues escalate.

Digital Marketing Performance & Analysis

  • Analyze SEO, GEO, AI search visibility, PPC, website, and conversion performance to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
  • Understand how traditional search and AI-driven discovery influence brand visibility, customer acquisition, and business growth.
  • Connect marketing metrics with business outcomes such as qualified leads, acquisition costs, conversions, and ROI.
  • Investigate performance declines, identify potential root causes, and recommend data-backed improvements.
  • Evaluate digital marketing strategies, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities for optimization.

Client Reporting & Strategic Communication

  • Present performance reports with clear insights, actionable recommendations, and next steps.
  • Explain complex marketing data, including SEO, GEO, AI search, and paid advertising performance, in simple, business-focused language.
  • Confidently communicate performance challenges, manage difficult conversations, and set realistic expectations.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Accountability

  • Work closely with SEO, GEO, PPC, content, and web teams to align execution with client objectives.
  • Follow through on client commitments, internal action items, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth based on demonstrated client needs and performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer success, or account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI search visibility, PPC, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Awareness of evolving search behavior, AI-generated recommendations, and how businesses build visibility across Google and AI search platforms.
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, investigate discrepancies, and make sound recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and AI visibility tracking tools.
  • Ability to distinguish marketing activity and reported conversions from meaningful business results.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • A proactive, accountable, and commercially minded approach to problem-solving.
What Success Looks Like
  • Clients receive clear, proactive communication and understand the value of their marketing investment.
  • Performance concerns are identified and addressed before they become major client issues.
  • Client discussions connect SEO, GEO, AI search, and PPC performance with visibility, qualified leads, and business outcomes.
  • Internal teams remain aligned on priorities, commitments, and agreed actions.
  • Strong client satisfaction, retention, and sustainable account growth.
How to Apply

If you have strong digital marketing knowledge, excellent analytical abilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve measurable business results, we'd love to hear from you.
