We bring deep expertise and a consultative mindset to everything we do—asking the right questions, challenging assumptions when needed, and always keeping our clients’ goals at the center.
About the Position
OHO is seeking experienced remote Digital Marketing Project Management contractors to support upcoming client engagements and ongoing digital marketing initiatives. We are actively building a network of strong project management professionals who can step into complex, fast-moving client environments and help drive successful outcomes across digital marketing and web-related work.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex challenges with multiple stakeholders, and brings both strategic thinking and empathy to their work. As a contractor embedded within our cross-functional teams, you’ll collaborate closely with strategists, campaign managers, analysts, designers, developers, and clients to keep work moving smoothly and effectively.
We’re looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed, bring clarity and structure to complex work, and confidently guide both day-to-day execution and broader strategic conversations. Success in this role depends on strong communication, sound judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to balance organization and flexibility in a fast-paced agency environment.
The ideal contractor is both autonomous and collaborative — able to build trust quickly, facilitate productive conversations, proactively manage risks and priorities, and keep outcomes front and center throughout the project lifecycle.
