The Role:

RevolutionParts is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our agency team. In this role, you'll develop, manage, and optimize eCommerce marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on digital marketing experience, in a fast-growing start-up environment, working with some of the best in the industry.

AI Fluency & Modern Tooling

  • Using AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving

Proven examples of using AI to improve outcomes in prior roles is expected.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the strategy, creation, and planning of Google/Bing paid search and shopping campaigns for our auto dealership customers
  • Monitor and adjust the pace of campaigns to utilize clients’ ad budgets more efficiently
  • Create and interpret reports on key performance metrics for external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations as needed to drive ROI for our customers
  • Occasionally interact with auto dealership clients directly, manage customer expectations, and monitor and report on progress of clients' ongoing campaigns
  • Manage multiple clients’ accounts at once

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Google Ads Search experience (Microsoft Ads experience is a plus)
  • Minimum 1 year of Google Ads Shopping experience, including Google Merchant Center setup and management
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on ecommerce marketing experience
  • Agency experience highly preferred
  • Must have actively managed Google Ads accounts on a daily basis within the last 3 years
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex strategies and performance metrics in a clear, client-friendly manner
  • Excellent copywriting, grammar, and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and initiatives
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically and efficiently
  • Positive team player who contributes to collaboration and overall team success

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $60,000 – $65,000 per year.
