Responsibilities
  • Own campaign scheduling across assigned accounts, maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating handoffs across internal teams to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
  • Execute media outreach campaigns, build targeted journalist lists, and draft pitches for content promotion and link acquisition
  • Support the production of data-driven campaigns by pulling datasets, identifying story angles, and assisting with research, fact-checking, and asset QA before launch
  • Assist Digital PR Managers with day-to-day campaign needs including QA, performance tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  • Shadow and eventually lead client-facing communications, particularly in sharing deliverables and navigating challenging client situations
  • Develop a DPR scheduling tracker that leadership can use to monitor scheduling progress across all client accounts, serving as a centralized resource for proactive planning
Required Skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft compelling pitches and present results clearly
  • Comfortable with data and research — able to pull datasets, identify story angles, and fact-check assets before launch
  • Proactive, self-directed work style with a strong sense of ownership over assigned accounts and tasks
  • Interest in building a career in digital PR, content marketing, or SEO, with a genuine desire to grow toward a Digital PR Manager role
  • Experience with media outreach, content marketing, journalism, PR, or a related field is a plus
What Success Looks Like
  • Timelines are maintained, blockers are flagged early, and campaigns stay on track without requiring constant oversight
  • Outreach and data journalism assets are accurate, well-researched, and meet editorial standards before going out
  • Pitches are thoughtfully targeted and contribute to earning coverage and backlinks for clients
  • Actively building skills in strategy, storytelling, and client communication with a clear path toward a Digital PR Manager role
  • Accurate time tracking and utilization maintained to ensure efficiency and accountability


The salary range for this position is $72,500–75,000.
