Join the product management team.  The Digital Product Owner – Sensei Experience -  is responsible for shaping and prioritizing the Sensei web experience to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and business value. This role serves as the voice of the customer, combining customer research, behavioral analytics, AI-powered insights, and rapid experimentation to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and continuously improve the user experience.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Lean Product Management, customer empathy, design thinking, and AI-enabled product development. They thrive in highly collaborative environments, leverage modern AI tools to accelerate learning and execution, and use data to uncover opportunities that improve adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.

The Product Owner will gather feature requests and requirements from current and future users of Sensei Cloud and coordinate with the appropriate scrum teams to schedule releases.

This important role will help to provide products that deliver business value to our customers as well as align with the overall company vision.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the voice of the customer by developing a deep understanding of user needs, workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes through customer interviews, observation, usability testing, and ongoing engagement.
  • Drive product discovery efforts by partnering with customers, Product Management, Design, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and shape product direction.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools such as Claude, Notion AI, Lovable, and emerging technologies to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, requirements creation, and decision-making.
  • Utilize customer experience, product analytics, and business intelligence platforms such as FullStory, Salesforce, Zendesk, and other data sources to identify friction points, uncover insights, and prioritize opportunities.
  • Create, test, and iterate on prototypes, concepts, workflows, and user experiences to validate solutions, reduce risk, and improve customer outcomes before development investment.
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog of epics, features, user stories, defects, and technical enablers, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and product strategy.
  • Assess and prioritize work based on customer impact, business value, strategic alignment, technical considerations, and measurable outcomes to maximize return on investment.
  • Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements that enable development teams to efficiently deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and acceptance activities while partnering closely with Engineering and Quality Assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Break down large initiatives into incremental releases that deliver measurable customer and business value, enabling rapid feedback, continuous learning, and iterative improvement.
  • Measure and monitor adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, retention, operational performance, and business outcomes to evaluate product success and guide future investments.
  • Champion Lean Product Management, Agile best practices, experimentation, and continuous improvement while acting as a product advocate and subject matter expert for the Sensei web experience.

Experience

  • 1-4 years of product management or product owner experience
  • Must be a passionate problem solver
  • Eager to learn and adopt AI in you day to day job and workflows
  • Experience in customer facing rolls is an advantage
  • Experience in the health, dental, or benefits industry is an advantage
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: $90K - $110K USD, based on experience.
