Required Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience
- +2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Skills & Abilities
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective problem resolution skills for customer complaints.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in job performance.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting and handling numerous calls.
- Proficient in computer usage and various software applications
