Innovative technology, user-friendly platforms and streamlined delivery capabilities set us apart and make us an industry leader in the world of online food ordering. When you join our team, you become part of a community that works together to innovate, solve problems, grow, work hard and have a ton of fun in the process!

About The Opportunity

As the Director of Restaurant Analytics you will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of the analytics function across the organization. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for scaling data-driven decision-making, aligning analytics priorities to company goals, and unlocking insights that drive growth, operational excellence, and innovation.

You will oversee multiple analytics teams or verticals, partner closely with executive leadership, and serve as a key architect in the company’s data strategy. Your work will directly influence corporate strategy, business model evolution, and how data is leveraged to create competitive advantage across the enterprise.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Own the Restaurant Analytics Strategy: Define and lead the long-term vision, roadmap, and operating model for the restaurant team. Align analytics initiatives with strategic business objectives and enterprise priorities.

  • Lead High-Impact Teams: Manage and develop a team of analytics leaders (e.g., Senior Managers, Managers, Lead Analysts), ensuring high performance, alignment, and engagement. Build scalable structures to support a growing analytics function.

  • Serve as a Strategic Business Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership across the Restaurant team. Use data to shape corporate strategy, support decision-making, and assess trade-offs on high-stakes initiatives.

  • Drive Analytics as a Core Capability: Champion a data-driven culture by scaling access to insights, standardizing reporting and tooling, and fostering self-service capabilities across business units.

  • Oversee Major Analytical Initiatives: Lead enterprise-wide efforts such as forecasting, pricing optimization, customer and market segmentation, operational modeling, experimentation, and strategic performance tracking.

  • Establish Governance and Standards: Build and enforce scalable frameworks for data governance, analytics methodologies, and reporting consistency across the company.

  • Elevate the Analytics Brand: Influence how analytics is perceived and embedded across teams—ensuring it is seen as a proactive, strategic driver rather than a reactive support function.

  • Recruit and Develop Top Talent: Attract, retain, and grow a world-class analytics team. Build a strong leadership bench and support the professional development of rising analytics talent.

  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in analytics, data science, and business intelligence. Continuously evolve the function to stay competitive and future-ready.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 10–12+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, including 5+ years in people and team leadership roles. Proven experience building and leading analytics teams that deliver strategic impact.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Business, Economics, Engineering). MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive organizational change through data.

  • Executive Communication: Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills. Skilled at delivering insights to C-level executives and senior leadership teams.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Deep understanding of analytics tools and methodologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI)

    • Familiarity with machine learning, forecasting, and experimentation methods

    • Strong grasp of data infrastructure, pipelines, and governance best practices

  • Operational Excellence: Experience implementing scalable analytics processes, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement systems across large organizations.

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial levers, operational metrics, and strategic planning. Ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.

  • Team Builder & People Developer: Passion for growing leaders and developing high-performing, diverse teams. Track record of building inclusive and empowering team cultures.

  • Adaptability & Vision: Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Visionary thinker with a strong ability to execute and drive tangible results.
