The Director of Institutional Marketing leads Choreo’s B2B growth strategy and execution across CPAs, professional COIs, and M&A prospects. This role is accountable for turning institutional strategy into compelling narratives, scalable campaigns, and measurable performance. Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional and Corporate Marketing, the Director of B2B Marketing does not simply design plans — they will run them, optimize them, and ensure institutional marketing consistently supports firm growth.  

Primary Responsibilities 

Institutional Strategy & Positioning 

  • Translate firm strategy into clear, compelling institutional value propositions.  
  • Own CPA partner, COI, and M&A positioning frameworks.  
  • Develop and maintain institutional pitch decks, CPA onboarding and rollout materials (B2B and B2B2C), and standardized, customizable M&A presentation assets  

Campaign & Performance Marketing Execution 

  • Own end-to-end institutional campaigns, including CPA and COI drip programs, and targeted M&A outreach campaigns  
  • Responsibilities include audience segmentation and list strategy, campaign build, deployment, and optimization, and performance tracking and insight generation  
  • Continuously improve conversion, engagement, and relevance 

Content & Asset Ownership 

  • Own institutional marketing content, including CPA case studies, thought leadership for professional audiences, and partner portal content and updates  
  • Ensure content is compliant, current, and effective.  

Tools, Platforms & Vendors (Institutional Scope) 

  • Serve as primary owner or power user for institutional marketing tools and platforms.  
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors supporting institutional campaigns.  
  • Ensure operational excellence across institutional marketing workflows.  

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B or institutional marketing.  
  • Demonstrated success owning both strategy and performance marketing.  
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and campaign execution skills.  
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability.  
  • Experience in financial services, professional services, or complex B2B environments preferred.
