Our Mission

Help 100,000 women regain their personal power and feel confident in their skin.

About the role

WarriorBabe is building the mass consumer brand for women in midlife strength and nutrition on four unapologetic angles: F*** fad diets. F*** cardio. Eat more carbs. Strong is the new sexy.

The market is handing us the moment. GLP-1s are pushing protein and muscle preservation into the mainstream, and strength training is going mass market. Our job is to own that wave with maximum consumption: long-form YouTube built around one connected story, an affiliate army at the edge, and a real community layer holding it all together. We show up everywhere our audience already is, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and beyond.

We're hiring the person who owns all of it: the brand, the media machine, the community, and the affiliate engine that turns belief into sales.

What success looks like: an audience-and-community machine that generates 100–200 new VIP clients a day from organic, and can sell out a 50,000-unit product drop in a single day, because the brand asked, not because an ad ran.

What you'll own
  • Brand architecture. Decide what lives under the WarriorBabe master brand versus personal brands, and how every channel ties into one connected universe instead of disconnected accounts. This is your first call.
  • The talent system. Our brand voices (Nikkiey, Maggie, Andrea, and a growing, performance-weighted roster) are internal and appear across products and owned channels. Ambassadors are external, with their own audiences and affiliate economics. You own both layers and the pipeline that moves people between them.
  • Long-form, for real. WarriorBabe YouTube becomes the flagship: a connected-story slate, series architecture, and spin-off shows per voice where they earn it. Our podcast gets a strategic rename and repositioning (you make that call).
  • The affiliate army. Design and launch a TikTok Shop affiliate program with recruitment, activation, and leaderboard mechanics strong enough to compete at category-benchmark scale (think: 13,000+ affiliates, tens of millions in affiliate-driven revenue).
  • The drop machine. Build and prove a repeatable playbook for hyped product drops — reverse-engineered from affiliates × activation rate × units, plus owned-audience conversion — building toward 50,000 units sold in 24 hours.
  • Community. Design and pilot a named community program, pop-up events, and a city-ambassador model — the layer that turns audience into belonging, and belonging into commerce.
  • The department. Build the org from the ground up: a Brand Voice Lead, an Organic Lead, and three new hires you'll recruit — Studio Lead, Affiliate & Commerce Lead, and Community & Events Lead — plus a shared production bench underneath.

Who you are

You're a brand-and-community builder with commerce receipts — not a paid-media direct-response operator, not an agency brand strategist. We have a strong preference for female talent: we're a woman-led company serving women, and the strongest candidates for this seat have usually lived this demo or built for it.

You'll thrive here if you've:

  • Built a brand audience with receipts — taken a consumer brand or creator network to 1M+ engaged followers or 30M+ monthly views, and can walk through the analytics, the timeline, and what you personally decided.
  • Built real community and ambassador programs — thousands of people actively promoting a brand, and you know the mechanics: recruitment, activation, leaderboards, churn.
  • Owned a commerce number — TikTok Shop, affiliate revenue, launch/drop revenue, or community-driven sales, and can talk through the math behind a drop you ran.
  • Long-form conviction — you see YouTube as a trust engine, not a place to dump podcast clips, and understand connected storylines and watch-time economics.
  • Managed multiple faces/talent at once and the risk that comes with it. One-creator, one-voice operators don't fit this seat.
  • Builder energy — you're comfortable building the machine while running it: hiring, systems, cadence, with no mature org to lean on in year one.

This probably isn't your seat if:

  • Your résumé is brand campaigns without an attributable audience or revenue number.
  • You think of organic as a CPM-reduction tactic for paid media.
  • Your track record is single-platform, single-format, or single-face.
  • You're looking for a playbook to execute rather than one to write.

Compensation
  • Base: $150,000–$225,000, depending on experience.
  • Performance comp: quarterly bonuses tied to locked KPIs (consumption, affiliate activation, drop performance, organic VIP clients), structured so the best-in-the-world candidate for this role can earn $340,000+ all-in.
  • Structure is flexible — this is one of the highest-leverage roles in the business, and we'll build the plan around the right person.

How we hire for this role

We move deliberately because this seat has no layer above it to compensate for a wrong hire.

Expect:

  1. A deep-dive conversation on your track record — audience, community, and revenue, with the analytics open.
  2. A brand-architecture exercise using our real assets.
  3. A live math test: walk us to 50,000 units in a day.
  4. An org-design and community-strategy session.
  5. A short paid working sprint where you'll build an actual 12-month brand & media plan against our assets, and see the actual job before you accept it.
  6. Back-channel reference conversations with people who've worked under you.

Your first 90 days
  • Days 1–30: Audit every channel and voice. Deliver the brand architecture decision. Launch key hiring searches. Lock the 12-month scoreboard with the CEO.
  • Days 31–60: Launch the connected YouTube slate and relaunch the podcast. Get the affiliate program live with 1,000+ affiliates recruited.
  • Days 61–90: Execute your first hyped-announcement drop. Cross 2,500 recruited affiliates. Present your Phase 2 scale plan.

WarriorBabe is a woman-led company building the definitive brand for women navigating strength, nutrition, and midlife. If you've built an audience that believes, and you're ready to turn that into a movement — we want to talk to you.
