What You Will be Doing:

  • Lead and grow a high-value portfolio of technology consulting client accounts, serving as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor.

  • Define and execute account growth strategies that expand pipeline, increase revenue, and deepen client relationships across service lines.

  • Drive new business development through proactive client engagement, targeted outreach, and participation in industry events and pursuits.

  • Oversee the development and delivery of complex proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.

  • Cultivate and maintain senior executive relationships (C-suite, VP-level) across client organizations to identify strategic opportunities.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Senior Managers and Client Services professionals, setting performance expectations and supporting career development.

  • Collaborate with practice leaders, solution architects, and delivery executives to align client needs with the organization's capabilities.

  • Establish and monitor account-level KPIs, pipeline targets, and revenue forecasts; report progress to executive leadership.

  • Serve as an escalation point for client issues, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Contribute to the development of firm-wide go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and client engagement frameworks.

  • Represent the organization externally through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and client events.

What You Will Likely Bring:

  • Demonstrated success in building and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and pipeline growth targets.

  • Deep expertise in technology consulting services such as digital transformation, cloud strategy, cybersecurity, data & analytics, or ERP/enterprise systems.

  • Exceptional executive presence and relationship-building skills; ability to influence and partner at the C-suite level.

  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing client services or account management teams.

  • Strong command of the full consulting sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract execution.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market trends, client needs, and organizational capabilities into actionable growth plans.

  • Data-driven leader with strong command of revenue forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance management across a portfolio of accounts.

  • Proven ability to lead multi-layered Services Sales organizations in a SaaS or IT consulting environment, driving accountability and consistent execution at scale.

What Could Set You Apart:

  • 11+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge

  • 6+ years managing and developing multi-disciplinary teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types

  • 5+ years of specialized/industry experience

  • Bachelor’s degree  (or equivalent experience)

  • Master’s degree preferred

Range:

Minimum: $163,000 USD Maximum: $277,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
