Job Summary:
The Director, Corporate Communications will be responsible for the strategic leadership, execution, and operational ownership of the Company’s corporate communications function. This role defines and drives the company’s internal and external communications strategy, ensuring a cohesive and consistent narratives across media, analysts, customers, employees and partners.
This position owns the development of communication frameworks, workflows, and performance metrics, and leads cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and People & Culture to support brand reputation, customer advocacy, and business objectives.

Essential Functions
- Define, document, and own the corporate communications strategy and operating framework, including priorities, governance, KPIs, and alignment to company and marketing objectives.
- Establish and report on communications Key Performance Indicators with regular executive updates, including progress, risks, and outcomes ties to business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional communications initiatives in partnership with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Experience to support GTM priorities and brand credibility.
- Design, document and operationalize workflows and processes for corporate communications, including executive communications, social execution, testimonial management and reputation management.
- Build and manage a high-performing corporate communications team through clear role definition, performance expectations, coaching, and accountability.
- Establish coverage and contingency plans for critical communications functions to ensure continuity of execution and proactive risk management.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop and maintain corporate and product messaging frameworks that ensure consistent positioning across website content, press, sales enablement materials, and external communications.
- Own and execute the company’s public relations and analyst relations strategy, partnering with Demand Generation to align PR initiatives and campaign priorities and business objectives while independently managing key analyst relationships and media engagement.
- Lead the company’s reputation management strategy including ownership of review platforms, outreach cadence, response protocols, and positive sentiment activation in partnership with sales and CX.
- Lead internal communications strategy in partnership with HR, ensuring consistent, timely, effective employee messaging aligned with company objectives and culture
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience leading strategic communications programs with measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to operate independently and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experienced in building and managing messaging and positioning frameworks and strategyProven working knowledge of all corporate communications disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energetic, goal-oriented, team player with an excellent work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in vertical market healthcare SaaS organization
- Proven experience in leveraging social channels as part of communications strategy
- Experience with media management, analyst and distribution platforms
- Experience managing reputation and review platforms (KLAS, G2, Google reviews, peer forums)
- Minimum 5 years of prior corporate communications management experience
Working Environment/Physical Demands
- 100% Remote within the United States
- Long-distance or air travel as needed.
- Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor.
