About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Director of Corporate Sales Engineering to be part of a team responsible for changing what the security market and customers believe is possible with a next generation endpoint technology.

You will oversee a team of Managers to provide direction and support and coach them into being more effective and successful in their careers. The ultimate goal is to build your team into the future leaders of CrowdStrike by enabling them to be their best.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create the processes for your team to deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations via web conferencing.

  • Ensure your team is effectively delivering qualified POV’s through remote product installations and customizations.

  • Work closely with the Sales Leaders to ensure their AE Teams are effectively working with the Corporate Sales Engineer to deliver the best solution to prospects and Customers.

  • Handle escalations from your team members or sales counterparts to ensure the prospect and customers have the best experience with the CrowdStrike solution.

  • Demonstrate true leadership skills by enabling your team to be successful within the CrowdStrike Organization.

Travel Requirement:

  • Travel is required for attending trade shows, business meetings, and other leadership related activities.

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years or equivalent experience in consulting or sales engineering

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or relevant work experience.

  • 2+ years of Management experience exhibiting ability to mentor, coach, train, and lead a group

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple engagements.

  • Self-motivated and excellent organizational skills.

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, often under duress.

  • The ability to fully understand complex architectures and quickly identify possible gaps or opportunities for bypassing traditional security technologies.

  • A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.

  • Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management and endpoint security including anti-virus solutions.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $165,000 - $235,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
