We are seeking an exceptional Director of Corporate Strategy to partner with our Global Management Team to drive our corporate strategy and direction.

This executive will facilitate and drive an annual, methodical, strategic process, working directly with the company Executive Management Team and all relevant stakeholders to co-formulate, align, and champion, a clear, actionable, Profitable Growth Strategy.

This executive will champion and push the adoption of a transforming Annual Strategic Process and Thinking across the company – management team and relevant stakeholders.

The company’s new strategic process is an annual 5-month cycle, taking the company through a strategic thinking funnel. This results in a 5-year best profitable growth strategy, supported by a 1-year detailed execution plan (AOP).

Job Description:

1. Strategic Ownership & Leadership

· Strategic Process Ownership: Be the primary owner and facilitator of the company’s annual strategic process leading to Profitable Growth strategy supported by 5-years strategy plan and 1-year detailed AOP

· Strategy Plan: Collaborate with the Management Team and key stakeholders across the company through the required strategic steps, funneling and gates articulating comprehensive 5-years strategy on a company level and per division / region, ensuring cross company and cross domains alignment and communication leverage

· Process Leadership: Implement and lead a rigorous, methodical, strategic planning cycle, collaborating intensively with the Management Team and key stakeholders across global business units and functions

2. Deep Market & Analytical Expertise

· Domain Mastery: Develop and maintain a wide and deep understanding of our core business, operating environment and market dynamics

· Analytical Thinking: Serve as the chief analytic resource for the Executive Team, capable of performing and leading complex strategic analyses to identify value drivers, challenge assumptions, and support major capital allocation decisions

3. Innovation & Strategic Influence

· Growth Mindset: Drive innovation by being open to and proactively scouting both "in-the-box" optimization and "out-of-the-box" disruptive ideas that could reshape the company's future.

· Cross-Functional Alignment: Work as a strategic partner to functional leaders to ensure that plans and resources are fully synchronized with the overarching global strategy.

2. Proven ability to work at the executive level, driving consensus and influencing strategic decisions in a global setting

3. Proven ability to translate ideas and vision into structured strategic frameworks and executable programs.

4. Advantage: Proven experience in corporate strategy, with a strong track record in strategy implementation and execution, and a proven ability to partner with senior executive teams in co-formulating strategic direction

5. Exceptionally strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, with experience modeling long-term business scenarios.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, capable of articulating complex strategic arguments simply and persuasively.

7. Advantage: Prior experience or deep familiarity with relevant markets, technology, and compensation dynamics is a significant advantage.
