Salesforce is seeking a Creative Lead Designer to deliver exceptional presentations and visual storytelling for our Cloud Success organization. You'll create compelling content for both internal stakeholders and external customers, showcasing how Salesforce uses Salesforce to run our business at scale. As a strategic communication partner, you'll build understanding, trust, and drive positive outcomes across audiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning complex concepts into compelling stories, oftentimes with tight deadlines.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years in field marketing, integrated campaigns, product marketing, sales, or GTM roles

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce products/services and B2B SaaS platforms

  • Strong aesthetic vision with proven storytelling and messaging skills in enterprise software

  • Hands-on experience creating sales plays, enablement materials, pitch decks, and event content

  • Exceptional graphic design skills with keen eye for brand consistency

  • Data-driven approach with track record of delivering measurable results

  • Outstanding organizational abilities to balance multiple tight-deadline projects

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business audiences

  • Ability to establish cross-functional partnership: partner with Customer Success leadership, SIC teams, product marketing, DET and other teams to manage prioritization, preparation, and materials, ensuring alignment and best practices

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to independently lead new initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Messaging & Visual Storytelling

  • Translate executive vision into compelling visual content aligned with corporate brand standards

  • Create video stories, slides, and change management narratives for Customer Zero launches, feature improvements, and SF-on-SF initiatives

  • Develop Cloud Success business narratives for executive leadership

Executive Presentation Design

  • Design presentation materials for Dreamforce, customer events, SICs, townhalls, and leadership meetings

  • Build templates and execute detailed presentations for varied audiences

Brand & Resource Management

  • Develop visual branding and collateral for Cloud Success organization

  • Coordinate with central production teams for video and graphic design execution

  • Establish cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Success leadership, SIC teams, product marketing, and DET

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600.
