  • Define pricing, rewards, incentive programs, token/utility design (where applicable) to align platform growth with user incentives.
  • Secure strategic ecosystem partnerships (DeFi protocols, exchanges, institutional counterparties) to expand market reach and strengthen credibility.

Operations & Leadership

  • Serve as division head — recruit, build, scale a high-performing cross-functional team across Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, Growth.
  • Manage P&L for the Digital Assets business line; set budgets, targets, monitor performance, and optimize resource allocation.

  • Represent ThinkMarkets in industry conferences, blockchain/crypto ecosystems, media opportunities; serving as the public face of ThinkCrypto.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years in fintech, trading platforms or blockchain/crypto ventures, including 5+ years in senior leadership or a founding role in a new venture or division.

  • Excellent leadership, team building and stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating at C-level reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Willing to be based in (or relocating to) Chicago and travel as required.
